Riverside County charter plan to enhance local control moves forward

Supervisor Buster’s proposal to increase local control with a county charter gained the Board of Supervisors’ unanimous support at the board’s April 20 meeting. Almost all of Riverside County’s neighboring counties already have charter forms of government.
